Raco "ACE" KEYED GARAGE DOOR OPENER SWITCH "wont stop goes" Questions

my garage door wont stay down it goes up if I LET GO THE SWITCH. You need to adjust the stop limit on the motor unit.. when i let up my garage it will not go up all the way how do i fix
