Hi Roger. It is hard to answer without the model. Well-charged batteries are needed. Keeper bars (if used) need to be removed. Do you hear anything, such as the motor trying or gears jumping? Look at page 61 of this link. I carry an electric drill and adapter socket since one of my slideout motors had a cracked internal gear.

What is the best TPMS for RV, travel trailer?

We purchased EEZTire-TPMS for our new 33' travel trailer right before a 4500 mile trip through the upper Midwest to the Washington coast, so lots of different terrain. We experienced snow, freezing rain, dust, salt water and the temperature extremes associated. These monitored the pressures and temperatures very well.

The distance from the monitoring unit to the sensors was about 25ft and connected well. We did occasionally see a short disconnect with one sensor (maybe twice during the trip) that resolved after about 20 min. Overall these have worked Very well and I would recommend them to all RV travelers.

I have a 2013 puma 32 dbks travel trailer. Kitchen slide out won't go out. When I hit the switch I get a single click sound near the breakers and a red light comes on. Any ideas ?

since I am not familiar with this you will have to tell me what the red light is for. If it indicates the slide out is out, then you have a bad limit switch. If it indicated there is a problem, then it is possible an over current condition exists because the slide is jammed

Fuse panel in k z 204s

The fuse panel is located in the breaker box to the right of the breakers. Each fuse should be properly labeled. If a fuse is blown and there is a draw on that circuit there should be a red led that will light up to indicate which fuse has failed. If you have any other questions please respond to this thread.

Puma trailer, Why is 2yr old Fridge not covered under warranty?

How could someone at Fixya be of assistance? Warranties typically do not convey. You should have purchased an extended warranty at time of purchase.
Try contacting the accessory manufacturer rather than the RV manufacturer.

Puma trailer, Why is Fridge not covered under warranty if only 2 yrs old?

Many times they have a clause built into the contract which the original purchaser signed and it only covers items for X number of years and only to the original purchaser. They know people trade out and upgrade RVs all the time. It is a poor way to do business in my opinion. The other option might be to find the serial number and contact the manufacturer of the fridge. Most give you a 3 year warranty on stuff like that.

Good luck.

Travel trailer electric hook up

Most all travel trailers are set up for 30 amp single pole service which means 110 volts. Always check with your service manual and make sure, if you hook it up wrong you will burn up/smoke some electronics and it can be a costly problem. Also, a 30 amp service for travel trailers are not like a regular receptacle, it takes a special type of recept. Most any good electrical supply store can lead you in the right direction but you MUST know how to wire it up to code in your area! If your not a licensed electrician or at least know what I am talking about, I wouldn't recommend you doing this! It may have to be done in GFI and/or waterproof connections.
