How would I go about fixing these messages appearing on my dash. ACC FUSE-REL FAIL and FRONT CCM FUSE FAIL?

SOURCE: 2002 Toyota Solara Convertible seat belts not retracting

The front seatblet retractor springs have weakened. Unfortunatly, there are no "user serviceable parts" on them. They would have to be replaced. How many miles is on it? If you have low mileage, the Toyota Customer Experience Center may provide you some assistance, as the belt replacements are quite expensive. I'd call the CEC and explain your dilemma. SOURCE: Front passenger power seat inoperable

That is the power distribution center, the fuse box is under the dash to the left of the steering column under a cover, they are marked, the plastic cover will have FUSES molded into it.

Be there done that, but with a penny. All you can do is either get real aggressive with a hammer and long metal object as a punch or pull the seat. The seat should have 4 bolts. One at each end of each track. Ising a 1/4 in drive rachet and either a 1/2 or 9/16 socket should work. 1/4 in drive is low profile.. good luck

I had the same problem on the rear door of my 1998 528i and it was the door actuator that had gone bad. I had to take the rear seat out to get the door panel off. Once I had the door panel off it was not that difficult to replace the door actuator.
