While it is possible the pump has developed a fault it is also possible the pump is not working because something else has gone wrong and a circuit fault or a safety problem is preventing the pump from starting.
Safety is paramount in the design and operation of this type of heater and there is a sequence of things happening inside that must happen or the sequence stops. I am guessing there has to be something happening to ignite the fuel before the pump is allowed to start.
I strongly suggest you take the problem to a specialist...

Locate the fuse box under the dash panel. Pull the fuses one at a time and inspect. They are very hard to judge if the fuse(s) are blown unless you pull them out to inspect.

SOURCE: Electrical - won't start. Hooked up fan to
Your fan or heater likely shorted out and burned up, causing your one of the main fuses to blow due to the spike in current. You will need to determine what burnt up and replace it before replacing the fuse, or you may create a fire hazard or cause further equipment damage. Also double check any changes to wiring to make sure that everything is hooked up properly.
