Best to contact Keystone's Customer Service (as no one one here has any manuals).

Typically Red to positive and White to negative.

Google manufacturers , they usually have service manuals etc on site.

Sounds like there may be a loose ground wire from the instrument cluster to a metal chassis point.

Have you tried an Analog to Digital converter?
