I need a wiring digram for water heater 3450ts big country fifth wheel

Generally, on fifth wheels, the fresh water tank is in the rear area of the rv, but the pump is usually up near the front near the rest of the plumbing. Ie water heater, bathroom, etc. There are storage areas in the front, usually, the pump is on the side where the door for entering the trailer is. Open the storage access door that is on that side in the front and look at the panels that close off tbe storage area to the living quarters of the rv. There is usually a hole for access to a “winterizing point” marked. There us where you will find the pump

pipes to the water tank or cracked or rub holes in the tank from the straps

An RV owner's manual wouldn't provide help with your issue. If you look for the make and model of your water heater, you'll find operating and service manuals. Your water heater has it's connections on the back of the tank, unless you can access from beneath or behind step one might be to remove the water heater.

is the breaker good --if no power from breaker would seem breaker is faulty

look in the cabinet work underneath the sink.look also above your potable water tank inside the rv. maybe look around inside and out of the hot water heater.

Contact the manufacturer of the coach for their owners manual. However, each appliance will have a separate owners manual form its perspective manufacturer, i.e., Water Heater = Suburban, A/C = Dometic, Refrigerator = Norcold, etc.. There will not be a diagram of electrical or plumbing as a majority of the RV manufacturers do not publish that information.
