Level your RV first with the slide in.
Once level, then slide out and if you have them, place additional leveling or stabilizer jacks under the slide.
Check level again for any very minor adjustments as necessary.
Contact Winnebago for any technical assistance as they own the Sunnybrook brand.

On a 2000 Jayco Designer 34' 5th wheel, the large slide retracts part way in, then stops, even though the slide out motor continues to run. we have lived in it one year in the same campground.

possibly gear arm is bent. slide outs are not made to be sat and lived in. you should be able manually slide it in. try to lift slide out by the arm with a hydraulic jack. place jack on ground use a 2x4 or 4x4 between jack and gear arm and lift gently. the teeth on arm could be stripped also. just ease into it..

We have 2016 Salem by Forest River pull camper. The two slide outs and hydronic.jacks will not go in. Have checked all fuses even 12V50 amp on frame. Any ideas?

Check in your basement under the slide outs. Often there is a manual screw where you can put a socket wrench on and you can manually bring the slide out in. Check to see if battery is at full charge and all connections are clean and rust free. Also insure your ground wire is clean and well grounded. A good first start.

How can i manually retract slide-outs on 2012 sunnybrook raven 2980bh?

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwiujIee3vLLAhWC5yYKHZ1SCwkQFggfMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amlrv.com%2Fsite%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2012%2F10%2FSchwintek-Manual-override.pdf&usg=AFQjCNF4nHMGsdcMNW1CybT4wr0BAfN4uQ&sig2=EaweHZyC2VaQhuC0NBpjPw&bvm=bv.118443451,d.eWE IIF this is a Schwintek slide system, this is the way you do it. If hydraulic then there is a valve near the motor/storage tank where you turn and then you insert a rod and pump it like you would a hydraulic jack. Electric motor/track slide outs you disconnect the motor and there is a place you manually turn it in.

Where is the fuse for the slide out and stabilizer jacks?

Greetings and good health to you.
These run off your 12V system so check the DC fuse box. It may or may not be in the same breaker box as the AC breakers. They should be labeled. You should also have a manual crank to operate them in case of power loss.
Hope that helped. Be well.

Are the slide outs on a montana rv made to slide out futher than normal for replacing the main floor under it?

In some cases they will slide out far enough to repair the floor but you need to be extremely careful to prevent damage and personal injury. *I am not responsible for any damage or injury caused during repairs based on this free advice* First, you will need to remove the inside fascia, then un-staple the rubber seal all the way around and then remove the inside frame that the fascia screwed to so that the slide will go out of the opening. Next you will need to start opening the slide. Right before it clears the opening you will need to go underneath and insert blocks of wood between the floor of the slide and the frame of the slide rack and pinion to keep the slide lifted in the proper location for re-installation. now move the slide out just far enough to clear the side wall of the unit. Once it is clear of the side wall place a few saw horses and or jack stands under the outside edge of the slide to add more support. Now that you are clear you can begin the process of replacing the damaged floor. Start by pulling the carpet/linoleum back. The flooring will only be stapled down so once you remove the staples it should peel back pretty easily. Once you get to a wall you will have to cut along the edge of the wall for the flooring to release (since the flooring was installed first then the walls this will be necessary). When you are ready to reinstall you will have to use some 1/4 round trim to resecure. Once the flooring is peeled back determine how much floor will need to be replaced and mark your cut points and set your saw blade cut depth to 3/4" (you do not want to cut too deep) and make your cuts. Remove the damaged floor. Now cut some scab blocks to insert along the cut edges to where half of the block surface in under the existing floor and the other half will be under the new floor. Cut a new piece of decking and install. To install the blocks and the new deck I use wood glue and screws. If you are using linoleum flooring you may need to fill the crack and sand the floor so that the seam does not show over time. Reverse the process for installing the slide out. Good luck!

Slider gear replace broken gear

You will need to determine the manufacturer of the slide mechanism, the diameter and number of teeth on the gear. Once you have all of the information you should be able to order a replacement gear from your local RV parts department. To replace you will need the unit on level, solid ground. Place a good jack close to where the gear is located. The purpose of the jack is to support the slide while the gear is out. Do not try raise the slide more than is necessary to remove the gear. Remove the bolts holding the gear and remove the gear pack. You may need to use pry bars to assist. If so, use a block of wood against the floor of the slide to pry against. Reverse the procedure to install new gear and ensure the timing of the slide mechanism does not jump.
