I just bought a used 3596re and I cant get the outside light to come on and also the power outlets in kitchen area and bedroom will not work , I checked breakers and fuses and they all seem good is ther at gfi switch somewhere that has to be reset ?

BINGO - try looking for the GFI - maybe the bathroom - that could very well be your problem.

take it to a jayco retail outlet where there are technicians available with schematic diagrams
possible a circuit is off from water ingress into that section of the unit

There are 2 GFI plugs in the rv. I found the one in the bathroom where is the other one?

Have you checked the outside plug? Next to the outside kitchen, It should be there. On my RV I have one next to the bathroom and outside.

How can i access the drive unit for the bedroom slide on my 2009 Forest River Flagstaff Classic Super Lite FKBSS?

If the bed is on the slide, more than likely the mechanism is under it. If not then it should be outside in the under belly.
I would check for voltage at the switch first.

We have a 2013 aspen trail 3117rids and the outlet in the kitchen counter area, the out let on the island and the gfi in the bathroom don't work. ?

Have you done a VOM test on the house lines to the bath from the circuit breaker box? This is important, without the GFI in place, just the bare wire test? If you have voltage from the box to the Bath wires, then your power is correct and the attached outlet needs to be checked for continuity. If no power to the bath from the box, the circuit breaker may be bad, or tripped.
