Contact the manufacturer of the coach for their owner's manual. However, each appliance will have a separate owner's manual form its perspective manufacturer, i.e., Water Heater = Suburban, A/C = Dometic, Refrigerator = Norcold, etc.. There will not be a diagram of electrical or plumbing as a majority of the RV manufacturers do not publish that information.

Rv siding buckling near slide

Is it fiberglass or aluminum? Is the buckling at the top corner of the slide opening? Is the unit under warranty still? If it is fiberglass is could be that water has permeated behind the fiberglass and is causing the side to delaminate. If it is aluminum it could be that the staples have pulled loose or in both cases it could be a structural problem. Now, if it is under warranty then you need to get it to an authorized warranty service center ASAP. If it is not, you still need to get it checked out and depending on what is found your insurance provider may authorize covered repairs.

Fresh water holding tank

You THINK? If it was bused you would know. Water would be leaking into the interior or pouring out underneath.

Carbon monoxide detector

There is a good chance that the detector is being set off by fumes. This could be from hairspray, cleaning solutions, air fresheners, etc... Most aerosols use propane as a propellant and this will absolutely (and should) set the alarm off.
