You have a loose connection to the ignition system . When cranking make sure it is in neutral. and kill switch is in run position. The only thing dropping would sensibly affect is the fuel system or jarring a switch., but with the suspension you have there really is no jarring. So, I would ck the wiring. something is loose.

First check for spark by using a known good plug and laying it on cylinder head while cranking. Leave the original plugs in. Do NOT remove them for this test. If no spark then either crankshaft position sensor or the ECU or the coil or system relay or fuses or wiring is faulty. If you do not have good electrical knowledge to check these out, bring it to a dealer. If good spark, then fuel must be the problem. Check to see if fuel pump runs for a few seconds when turning bike on. You shoud hear the pump running for a few seconds then stop. If the pump does not run, check system relay and fuel pump fuses. Note - the pump will only run once when turned on/off every few seconds. Bike needs to be off for at least ten seconds for next pump cycle. Check to see if faults codes are stored in ECU memory as these may lead you to the cause.

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Gas lines connect the fuel tank to the carburetor or fuel injection system, while vacuum lines connect various engine components for proper operation. Refer to the manual or a mechanic for specific routing instructions.

I would separate the feed wires from the fuse box/ distribution point and measure any current draw in the separate feeds. That will tell me instantly where the fault/leak is.

Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste.The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Normally white smoke is water in the combustion chamber but this is air cooled so either too much fuel, incorrect fuel or burning oil can cause this.

A mechanical pump runs when the engine is turning, an electric pump will run as soon as the key is turned and create pressure all the time. It would have to be an in tank electric pump or it will burn out. Electric pumps are cooled an lubricated by the fuel passing through it. If it is a carbureted engine, you are pressurizing the carb bowl. If injected, it may already have a fuel return. Check the mechanical pump for a torn diaphragm, they are easy to change. ..

The socket is an 18mm Sparkplug Socket for a 12mm thread plug.

You need fuel, compression and a spark, to make a petrol engine run. Which one is missing.

My first thought was that it has a diaphragm carburetor and the membrane was punctured or split.
