My 2003 triumph tt600 shuts off when the temp reaches 220F it won't restart till it cools below 190F then when it reaches 220 it shuts off again it seems like I hear a little click as it shuts off

That is programed into your ECU and is a safety to stop engine damage. I would be checking the cooling system and thermostat for correct operation as 190F is the correct operation temperature.

Hi, my 2002 Triumph tt600 keeps dying and the speedometer keeps shutting off while I'm riding, which wire(s) do i need to look at to fix this problem?

Im just throwing this out there. Im not familiar with the TTs but I am familiar with the 955s and it sounds like a position sensor ( cam or crank) starting to go bad and grounding out.

I changed my valve cover gasket on my 2000 Triumph

Look up on the coil. Maybe the producer put some numbers on the coils. If not, search for the ignition coils and if them are in line like cylinders. If so, that mean are a lot of chances that left cilynder is with the left coil, then the next cilynder is with the next coil and so on.Anyway, if you put the ignition coil in a wrong way you won't do anything bad to the bike. The only thing will happen is that the bike won't start or will start and run wery weird. In that case stop the bike and change the coils to another cilynder. If your bike will start and run bad that mean you have 2 cilynders working ( I doubt that a 4 cilynder engine could start in one cylinder ) and two of them not. You could find which ones are working by searching the heat on the exhaust manifold ( where the pipes are coming out of the engine ) but not touching them and the hot pipes are from working ones, so all you have to do is to change the coils from the cold cilynders between them. Hope it helped. Please reply.
