when it happens take by azone and have them check codes while running . Do not turn off it will reset and loose code

rough guess it is the carbys
long time no fuel causes problems with the needle and seat and corrosion and gunk in the bowls,
pull they and fully overhaul them

I have a 2005 triumph bonneville and the engine
Check below the engine around the motor mounts beneath the engine for broken wire or disconnected wire. I once had this problem with a 69 Bonne and it was a disconnected wire underneath. Could be disconnected around the ignition area as well....It's a wiring problem for sure.
I live in France and have brought a tiger 1050
take it back and have the correct headlight fitted for the area
the low beam ( dipped light ) has to shine away from on coming traffic regardless of the country the unit is operating in
