TGB F409 150cc carburettor mixing screw setup
Normally screw in GENTLY until the screw stops and then back 1 1/2 turns. Generic videos. Why are you fiddling with the carb. The Chinese set it up and they don't need adjustment unless something is wrong. When they do it is cleaning the carburetor of debris that block jets.
Hi what do I set the valve clearence for the TGB F409 150cc
The valve clearance for a TGB F409 150cc engine should be checked and adjusted as needed, as part of routine maintenance. The proper valve clearance specification for this engine is as follows:
Intake Valve: 0.15 mm ± 0.05 mm Exhaust Valve: 0.20 mm ± 0.05 mm
Note that the valve clearance should be checked and adjusted when the engine is cold. The procedure for adjusting the valve clearance may vary, so I would recommend consulting your scooter's owner manual or a certified mechanic for specific instructions.

I have a 2013 TGB bullet rs 125 and i get a
MY FIRST THOUGHT IS THE NOISE IS COMING FROM A BALL OR ROLLER OR PLAIN BEARING, BUT THAT WOULD BE NOTICEABLE AT THE SAME RPM ON ACCELERATING THROUGH THE GEARS. ARE YOU SURE IT COMES FROM THE CLUTCH? IF THE CLUTCH SPRING RETAINING NUTS ARE NOT PROPERLY TORQUED, THE CLUTCH MAY BE SLIPPING BECAUSE OF THE SUSTAINED LOAD ON IT. I ASSUME THERE WERE NO METAL OR OTHER PARTICLES IN THE PRIMARY DRIVE HOUSING.
