To delete Nintendog data:On the DS home page, click on the Nintendogs game.When the 'Nintendo' screen pops up press the X,A,B, and Y keys, and the R and L buttons simultaneously.You should hear a ring and a message "Are you sure you want to delete data?'' Select yes and voilà!
Pu the game in , turn your device on hold A, B, Y, X, L and R. Keep holding it down until it says "Would you like to erase?" also you may need to hold the stylus in your mouth when you press all these buttons start the game and then confirm you like to reset the game , Thanks
The only way to restart it is erasing the memory file, to do so you have to press L, R, A, B, Y and X all together at the same time while it says Nintendo and the copyrights
