I have a 2007 Vento Phantera with the 150cc engine. Everything was working fine and suddenly it would not run. Turns out there is no fuel pressure. Checked the diaphragms in the fuel pump and they seem to be good. Before the engine stopped running I took the fuel line loose from the fuel injector and it would squirt fuel 3-4 feet. Now nothing. There is a line from the intake manifold going to the fuel pump. Where it attaches to the fuel pump it has the letter "P" . I'm wondering if this stands for pressure? If so, how much pressure should I see at this line? And is that pressure what makes the fuel pump work? What other things should I look for for no fuel pressue? Oh, by the way, I can inject fuel into the line that goes into the intake manifold ahead of the injector and the scooter runs. Thanks for any help you can provide. Wiley

This fuel pump is neither mechanical or electric. It has to operate some way on pressure.
The fuel line comes out of the tank, goes to the fuel pump, goes to the fuel filter, goes into the injector and to the engine.
There is another line that comes off of the fuel pump below the "out" port that goes to a "Y". One side of the line goes to a fitting on the top right hand side of the injector. The other side goes to the intake manifold ahead of the injector( engine side ). I don't know what these two lines could be other than a pressure line for the fuel pump.

Wiley,
Most of the fuel pumps on scooters and bikes run off vacuum. If you have a crack in the vacuum line going to the pump it won't run or run poorly. Check into that, next when put the fuel back together did you put the spring on the right side with the hoses the right way? the diaphragms may look good but the could have stretched or have a small small in it. Put everything back together and spin the motor, spray some carb cleaner around the vacuum hose and pump. If there is a leak the scooter should try to start.
Make sure that the fuel line from the gas tank is flowing freely the fuel filter is clean and the breather tube for the gas tank is open.
The fuel system on that bike is fairly simply. I'm sure that if you take your time and check over everything you'll find it. Start at the gas tank and finish that the intake.
Please let me know what you find and there is anything else you might need help with.

The "P" means prime and that line should not have any pressure. You need to check the fuel pump relay and fuse located in the fuse panel. If both are good, The fuel pump is bad and will need replaced.

93 Ford Ranger 2.3L manual running fine. Engine suddenly bogged down and died. Engine turns over, but won't start. Acts like it is not getting fuel. When you turn key you can hear fuel pump prime.

Just because you can hear the pump run, doesn't mean it is supplying enough fuel to properly operate the injectors. You need to check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If you have at least 45# of fuel pressure at the rail, you need to make sure that the injectors are metering. If memory serves me, I believe they are fired by the pickup in the distributor, but 93 is right when they were phasing into DIS ignition.

Please Check High pressure fuel pump. In my opinion your fuel pump connected to timing belt is giving away. When you increase rev on engine, the pressure increases as well. As a result, Injector spray pattern gets steady. But on revs below 900rpm it struggle to maintains required pressure. If everything in fuel injection system is working fine then the Worst case scenario is that the head pressure is leaking aka compression leakage.

What about spark? Sounds like the hall effect sensor not reading all the time or the control module going soft. The engine will run without the sensor once it has started but will not start without. Loose wires or bad ecm are the most common source.
