Just bought a corolla sport2004,it shows engine oil light on dashboard after working for about 30minutes,and wont off until i switch off the engine and restart....cause and solution please

Lots of possible causes / solutions. Make sure that oil is correct type and amount, make sure there are no leaks, check any oil cooler for damage, look at eack spark plug in turn making sure that they only show light brown not black discoloration, change oil and filters. Hard to say more without seeing.

My car doesnt start up right away it takes about 5 tries to start up, then when i drive it for a while then turn it off. then start it again it starts up right away im confused about this problem

Basically it needs a service(engine). Starting problem can be due to many cause, like,
  • improper fuel-air mixture or fuel pump is not as efficient enough to supply the required amount immediately, thus taking more time to start.
  • plugs spark gap needs to be corrected/cleaned/replaced depending upon its condition now that take tine to heat up a bit before the spark gap is enough to produce the adequate intensity of the spark and this will affect cold starting.
  • cleaning of air & oil filters
  • low level of engine oil or monil
  • finally comes the timing, but then the engine will always be sounding rough
Hope one of the above solves your problem......sodeep

Craftsman garden tractor stalls after running for about 20 minute

do you have the right fuel filter? some are for pressure and some are for gravity feed, the pressure type (fuel pump) wont flow the gas correctly. another possibility would be the coil.

Excess oil consumption (1 qt/wk)

You must be careful with the 90s mitsubishis as the oil used is important. If you use the cheaper types they tend to make the engine smoke and use excessive amounts. Also manufacturer grade of oil to be used is also important.Have you taken the spark plugs out to see if they have signs of oil burning on them?
