My bike sat in the garage over the winter and now can't get it to run. It will turn over and start with the choke at full, but when I try to give it some more gas it putters out? Thinking the carburator is clogged?

Sounds like the carb(s) are gummed up and have clogged passages. A thorough cleaning should solve your problem. Note: don't use steel objects to clean the jets since they will enlarge them and will only end up compounding the problem. I've had success with wood and copper wire.

Turns over but dose not start, spark plug sparking ok

Check you have petrol if the bike has not been run for sometime replace the fuel. Petrol ages and causes all manner of problems.
Are you trying to start the bike but it has gone onto reserve, move the fuel tap to the reserve position then try to start it. If the above fails, then try these:-
Is the spark plug wet when removed. If dry it sounds like the petrol is not getting through. Try opening the filler cap and leave it open, make sure the kill switch is in the run position. Try starting with the throttle full open. Does the bike have a manual choke try to start with the throttle shut, choke off, then full on, then while continuing to turn over move the choke lever in stages from fully on to fully off. I find on my Yam TW125 (winter and bad weather hack) that if I have not used it for a while sharp twist the throttle a couple of times no more than a third of a turn. Hope this helps.

When I try to start my 1994 WR250, 2 stroke, it takes a million kicks, or 3 or 4 good pushes down a steep hill, popping the clutch. When I do get it started, once it warms up it will idle, and start back...

Sounds like a combination of leaking fuel tap and old fuel.

When you park it overnight or longer, pull the fuel hose off the carb , and drain the carb bowl.
So when you next ride it, reconnnect the fuel line, turn on the fuel tap long enough to fill the carb, 10 secs, then turn it off to start the bike, turn it back on when the bike starts.
even if you replace the fuel tap this process can help.

I have a 91 wr still sitting under the house from younger times, and yes very good bike

Starts with choke fully out,but dies when when I start to push it in

First inspect all hoses and fittings on carb and intake manifolds to heads to ensure you have no vacuum leaks drawing in air...leaning out the mixture.

Has the bike sat over winter? Pretty common for stored bikes to have varnish plug up the small orifices in the carb...and they affect idle. A product like Seafoam added to fuel tank and running the bike to get the treated fuel in the carbs and letting it sit a day may start dissolving the deposits.

Yes, cleaning the carbs is needed. The main jets are plugged up. Standard factory settings for the air and pilot screws are one and one-half turns outward from a lightly seated position.

My 1982 Honda v45 will not run without the choke on. It sat in the garage for years with old fuel in the tank. We drained the fuel, changed all the oils, etc and completely REBUILT all 4 carburetors. I...

The slow jets and adjoining passageways are still dirty. As painful as it may be , take the carbs off and clean the slow circuit again or it will never idle. Double check the fuel pump is working properly and the fuel filter is not plugged. One time it took me four cleanings to get all four carbs working on a Suzuki that sat for five years. Also make sure none of the carburetor boots have developed rips from age.

Yamaha TW 200 starts but won't run.

If the bike has sat for a long period of time without being run - the gas that is sitting in the carb(s) will shellac.. Then the carb(s) would need to be cleaned and "rebuilt"..
