Take the battery out, check your water levels. Give the battery a good deep cycle charge with a charger before you do anything else.

Yes, You could jump it and ride it for a hefty amount of time. However riding a bike with flat batteries can cause issues on the ECU if your bike model has Electronic Fuel Injection. As the EFI relies on a minimum amount of power to run the ECU(computer), at low revs some bikes are stubourn and rev irregularly to try and produce power from the alternator to compensate for the loss in power from the battery which loads down the electronics when it is flat. If you are going to go for a hefty ride to charge the battery, try to ride out on he open road somewhere and avoid high traffic areas as well as areas where you will need to start and stop frequently.

Left key in start position for two days?

You just have a dead battery, from leaving the switch on for that long. It drained all the power from the battery. Don't replace the battery, just recharge it or jump start it from another vehicle with jumper cables, but leave it charge from the other vehicle for at least 5 minutes, then start it up. Remove the jumper cables and go for a drive to recharge the battery to full charge. Then remember to pull the keys when you get out.

Electric bicycle battery. Left over winter for too long without recharging. Ideas for resurecting it to life please.?

Most charger systems for recharging batteries will not recharge a dead battery. But you may be able to bring the battery back to a voltage high enough to get the charger to work. Find a battery drill with the same voltage. Take small alligator clips and hook the battery up positive to positive, negative to negative to your same voltage dead battery. Leave it several hours till the voltage grows in your dead battery. Then try the recharger that came with the bike battery. Don’t leave the batteries inside while you are doing this.

Dead battery 2006 Honda VTX 1800

Not totally sure I understand, but the battery cranks the car/cycle then the alternator runs and recharges the vehicle and battery. If you jump off and it runs the alternator will continue to run and recharge the battery.
If your battery is bad you can jump and run. If the alternator is bad and battery is low you can jump off and it will run till you remove the jump. You started with the jump but the alternator has to continue to run the vehicle. If it dies the alternator is not putting out or you have loose or wiring connection issues. Check wiring connection issue first. I think it is wiring or alternator problem.

Have a 2006 vtx1300c dead nothing works battery is 13 volts

Sounds like a wiring problem. I would start at the switch and go back to the starter checking all connections especially the ones you replaced.

2003 Aurora, left key on and battery went dead. Recharged battery. Won't start. Turn key to on, security light out and check engine light on. Move key to start and nothing, back to on, one minut

Very interesting site here.. regarding your problem. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/
Another thought.. even though you charged the battery, it's not at all uncommon for a car battery to be very damaged by fully discharging. Especially if not new-ish. One or more cells in it may be bad causing the overall voltage to be under normal. This alone can cause the problem you have. I would try jumping it with another car or test the battery to see if it's got at least 12.7 to 12.9 volts when sitting doing nothing. Good luck.

No power

your battery could have a dead cell, which will keep it from holding a charge
