Check there are no kinks in fuel line.
Make sure that the air filter isn't blocked.
Check the throttle cable is operating the throttle plate in the carburettor ok.
Ensure chain isn't too tight.
The carburettor should be a tight fit on the air inlet manifold.
It's possible that some of the jets could be blocked in the carburettor. You can try and clean these with compressed air but ensure you remove any seals gaskets, springs on the diaphragm pump , primer bulb etc as they can be damaged by the pressure.
If the the choke normally disengages when the throttle trigger is squeezed, check this is working ok.

If my trubo diesel 6.5 chevy if the timeing is off it wont stay runing if i fix the timeing well that make it idelthat was 1 of the code that came up its geting fuel u give it gas it well run u let of

Yes timing is everything with motors if the cylinder isn't firing at the right time all u are doing is filling the cylinder with raw fuel and dumping it into exhaust un burned it can eventually ruin you're catalytic converters also, get it professionally timed you're truck will run like a champ, unles u already caused damage.

Why wont jeep stay running without giveing it gas

throttle is set low, or you may have a fuel pump going out.

I have a 94 Toyota 22RE that starts fine runs for 45 sec and cuts off. Just replaced the fuel pump and still does the same thing. When I try to give it gas it seems like going to cut-off until I let off...

replace the throttle postion sensor also pull catalitic converter and clean out if it's plugged. You can remove the idle adjust screw and reset it but i would have to give you full proceedure to do that so post here for more detailed information.

Has a hard time starting. Seems like no gas

"Seems" is a bad word when doing testing...You need real pressure tests done with a gauge attached to the fuel rail. I hope you kept the pump submerged in fuel when you ran it off the battery...they will quickly fail if run without cooling and lubrication provided by fuel ...many failures can be traced to running tank low a lot or running out of fuel for that very reason (also dangerous...spark near fuel can start a fire!!! )

Carb to much fuel

You said when you trun off the gas valve the bikes engine seems to idle nice and when you turn it on its pumping more gas...well its natural for it to get gas as you turn it on, you may hve to adjust the float of the carburator/s, the float level seems to be wrong allowing more gas in the chamber thn required for optimum function.
