Not getting any fuel. check fuel pump relay and fuses. if ok check fuel pump and filter. the best way to check fuel pump is to get under car and have someone turn ignition to on, do not try to start. and feel for a vibration by putting hand on tank. you may have to do this a few times, because the pump only runs a few seconds to bring fuel pressure to engine. when running pump is on all the time.

Turns over and over can hear fuel pump come on will start with starting fluid and runs great but when shut off for a little while wont start again only with starting fluid

If the starting fluid works then you have a fuel pump or a fuel pump relay issue. The fuel pump relay allows the pump to come on for about 2 secs and prime the fuel system. Once the engine starts then the power to the fuel pump runs through the oil pressure circuit.
If the car starts on starting fluid and then continues to run... I would lean toward a fuel pump relay issue. Hope this helps, Good Luck!

Truck wont start in the morning or if it sitts for a couple of hours.I have 60 psi fuel pressure and i have spark. When i try to start it just keeps turning over. If I use starting fluid it starts right...

I think your fuel pressure is borderline. How accurate is the gauge? Those injectors usually wont work under 58psi. I would replace the fuel pumpp and filter if the truck has over 125K miles on the original pump. .
