Injection. Bike. When I ride. And get on throttle. A bit. Samelight. Comes on when I backoff and cruise it stays out. Could. It be. Tps. Sensor

Believe it or not, your fuel cap. The fuel system is designed to be pressurized and due to age and constant removal and re-installation your fuel cap will bleed off pressure after time. Replace the fuel cap, reset the engine light, and be sure you tighten the cap till it clicks at each fuel up. You shouldn't have anymore problems.

Next time the engine light comes on, get the codes pulled and get back to me

run the fault codes first to check for faulty sensors
what you describe indicates a problem in the exhaust in that when the exhaust gas volume reaches a certain level the sensors are reporting it and the ECM is not able to fix it
have an accredited exhaust shop check the cat converter
for failure and partially blocking the exhaust at speed
if it was a fuel pump you would run into problems long before the speed at which it occurs
AT best it could be an EVAP problem with the vent not working properly but I think that it is exhaust related

I had this exact problem with my r125. My speedo just read 0 and warning light came on. This is caused by a faulty speedo cable. You need to unclip it from under the clocks (the white connector running to the side of the front wheel) and take the front wheel off. Then replace the speedo sensor with a "new" one (quite fiddly to put all back together). Got mine off eBay for just a few pounds. When it's all back together, the warning light will still be on, but when you ride off and the speedo reads something other than 0, the light will go off, and problem solved! When your wheel is off, take the time to re lube the axle, makes putting the axle back in so much easier and your front wheel will turn so smoothly and freely. Make sure you keep note of how the spacer goes in, and I'd get a friend to help support the wheel as you put it back in, makes it so much easier as it's quite fiddly by yourself.

Speedo has it's own pickup usually on rear wheel hub or hall sensor on output shaft if not flexible cable direct drive from front wheel

In order to read your obd code you have to turn the key on and off three times then the fourth time leave it on and watch the check engine light for flashing the code. There is delay before it starts to flash. Then it will flash and pause before it goes to the next number. for example one flash is 1, two flashes is 2, and so on till it flashes 5,5, which is the end of the code. there is a pause between numbers. You will have to try it a few times till you get a feel for it.

Check the fuel lines under the car. Don't actually start the car though, just turn the key until you hear the fuel pump turn on. This will load the fuel system and you will be able to see leaks (or sprays) under the car because of the pressure. If there are no leaks, see if the car runs perfect with a full tank of gas compared to a low tank. It should drive good turning left, but it might **** turning right or after a sudden stop. This could mean you have a crack in the seams of your gas tank or that your fuel pump is going bad (or a little of both).

You have a lot to check. Start by scanning the engine codes. There's good chance it will tell you where to look next.
The symptoms sound like fuel delivery (assuming the engine runs well when it runs). Put a fuel pressure gage on the car and verify that you are getting a constant and good pressure. Could be fuel pump, blocked lines, bad fuel regulator, or an intermittent electrical problem. I had a situation like this where the car would run fine and then just cutout or not start. Turned out to be a loose connection to the fuel pump. Easy fix. Very hard to find.

when you turn the ignition on you should here the fuel pump come on and pressurize the system (55-62 psi) and your engine light should also come on for about 4 sec. and then go out, if it comes back on for 8 sec. then you have a historic trouble code.You can pull the code up using the speedo. Press and hold the speedo button in and turn the ignition switch on and release the speedo button.You should see diag. then you should see a flashing p press and hold and it should give you the dtc code record the code(s) and continue till you have recorded them all.Then go back and erase them by pressing the reset button when the code appear.then run your bike and recheck to see if the code comes back

check all fuses for turn signal and brake lights.change fuel filter . first. do a little tune up change spark plugs and wires . if changing fuel filter dont help. have fuel pressure check first before buying a new fuel pump .they run after taxes 400.00 dollars. your fuel pressure should be 41 to 47 psi. replace fuel pump relay also.
