Does it have an after market exhaust? what year is the bike is the 2003 not fuel injected not jets & carbs? is the air filter clean and the plugs good? bad service = bad mileage

Is your water going down in the battery? If so it may be charging much too high a rate.

If it's coming from the overflow, try a new radiator cap first. They do get weak and won't hold the proper pressure. Be sure to check the pressure rating labled on the cap and replace it with one of equal rating. Good luck!

What do you mean avoid wheelies and off road birding????ohhh to avoid leaky fork oil seals ...got ya....but do you know what a ditch it is trying to wheelie in the dirt with street tires...? I live in the desert very hard to avoid it... So relax ,,,,relax,,,I just go with it....

Hi i have a problem with my honda blackbird 2003 feul injection, i have already checked the following, went over the harness , starter, plugs, kill switch, sidestand. when i switch the bike on, sometimes...

That sounds like either a faulty pump or pressure switch inside the pump housing. Unfortunately they are in the fuel tank.
Check by substitution if power is on the wires going to the pump. Don't forget to check the return wire!
