I have a yamaha xt 660R 2008 with oil change at 1000 km in 04.2009 was used in 2009 3000km. In 2010 was used for 200km with that old oil.Now is 2011 that oil si very old. I want to change it but is bad...

Just change the oil shouldnt matter whether you change it cold or warm the bike up first.
I would probably do it cold, and the next change a bit sooner like 2000klms
