SOURCE: High beams work but low beams do not. Fuses seem to be good
Hi
I would start with the dimmer switch if you know the lights are good dimmer switches do this you will lose your high beam or you will lose your low beam when they go bad.

you need to disconnect your headlight switch if they go out your switch is faulty, if they stay on you will have a headlight relay fitted somewhere, look in handbook, disconnect relay if they go out relay is faulty. hope this helps.

Took it to the dealer and they replaced a switch. Part of the recall - no charge. Thank you.
SOURCE: 2006 grand prix low beam headlight do not work,
I'm having the same issue. I have changed the bulbs and fuses. I can't find a relay but I don't think that is the issue. Some other people have suggest the Dimmer Control Switch. I am working on that. Please let me know what you find out.
The Grand Prix uses separate bulbs for low beams and high beams. The low beams are located on the outer edge of the headlight assemblies while the high beams are located on the inner edge of the assemblies. With this in mind, locate the position of the burned out bulb prior to replacing it.
