I have a 2002 Kaw. VN1500 Meanstreak I am trying to wire a five wire to four wire trailer lights converter to.It's a Hopkins(Hoppy) #48925 converter. I need to know which wires coming out of my bike's harness is which. If you can tell me what color wires go to what function(i.e. green = ground, need to code etc), that will tell me what I need to know. There are five(5) wires on the bike, those need to be coded. Hi and welcome to FixYa,
To my knowledge, there would only be 3 wires needed from the handlebars that affects the engine:
The first 2 would go to the interlock plus the neutral wire and the sidestand wire. The interlock then sends signals that starter motor can turn and that CDI can fire.
As to the ignition coil, 1 wire is IGN B+12 while the other would go to the CDI and should pulsate when cranking or engine running.

To adjust the shocks, fill them one pound per ten pounds of rider, so twenty pounds for a two hundred pound rider and you did it right. Don't use a compressor when refilling, instead use a hand pump. 71 PSI is the max for the rear shocks, click on the links below to rear more:
