Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Check that all your connectors and wires are in good condition with no insulation worn through. Also check that all your connections are tight.

Hi so does it blow straight away or after u try to start ,if so disconnect the conection on the startor motor ,also reduce the size of the fuse to 15amps just until u find what's up u could do more damage next. Try disconnect the rectifier again a 4 pin plug , also the stator relay its on right hand side two red wires about 10 sq with two nuts holding size m10 undo the top one then bottom ,the coil on this can not be serviced so replace ,u can check this relay with a meter this
