Sounds like you have a short somewhere. Check that all your connectors and wires are in good condition with no insulation worn through. Also check that all your connections are tight.

There is a good manual with free tech support for your Virago 535 at: http://www.cyclepedia.com/yamaha-virago-xv535-online-service-manual/

Hi so does it blow straight away or after u try to start ,if so disconnect the conection on the startor motor ,also reduce the size of the fuse to 15amps just until u find what's up u could do more damage next. Try disconnect the rectifier again a 4 pin plug , also the stator relay its on right hand side two red wires about 10 sq with two nuts holding size m10 undo the top one then bottom ,the coil on this can not be serviced so replace ,u can check this relay with a meter this

Why is my GE Advantium SCA2001 blowing the main fuse?

Yeah pal, you've not gone deep enough yet. You'll find a power wire bare inside the unit, pull it apart and tape that wire up to stop it from grounding out and blowing the fuse.

Fuse keep blowing after crossing speaker wires.

Fuses blow when there is an overload. In your case when you crossed the speaker wires you shorted the main amp. This now has a part that is acting just like a strand of wire.
Trace back the channel you crossed the wires and find the main output device(s). Then replace them. They will be located on a heat sink if that helps.

Main fuse blown on CT-32G11 32" Panasonic TV, Replacement fuses continue to blow.

If the main fuse keeps blowing, check the horizontal output transistor for a shorted condition and diodes in that section as well.
