Yes, otherwise if you try to use a hammer and hit it to break it loose, you will damage the magnets that are attached to the flywheel. The puller should run you about $15-$20 dollars.

I am beginning to have a problem starting my 2002 Honda 450R. I replaced the old gas, jets. Should I look at valves, piston?

Valves are your culprit, check your plug first, but if it has progressively gotten harder to start with out a doubt it is your valves.

What type of coolant for my crf 450R 2002

Standard antifreeze (Green) is fine. I use "engine Ice" in mine as it is supposed to help cooling a little more. The engine ice doesn't need to be mixed with water, and some "pre-mixes" are that way also, and are easier.

How to remove flywheel cover to clean points 85 honda xr 80

You will need a flywheel pullers. Most 50 to 125cc *** motorcycles of that vintage use the same size pullers so there should be no problem getting one. When you get a pullers remove the centre nut from the flywheel and screw the pullers into the flywheel. This has a left-hand thread. There is a way of doing it without the special tool but you need to be careful or you can damage the end of the crank. After you remove the flywheel nut replace it onto the crankshaft but do not tighten it up. Instead screw it up until it's flush with the threads on the crank. You now need an assistant to insert two screwdriver 180 degrees apart under the flywheel and lever it off. While they are doing this hit the flywheel nut several sharp blows with a hammer. Don't hit it too hard or you will damage the threads on the crank. Its best to get the flywheel tool. not expensive.

Crf 150 fly wheel removeal

Buy a spark-plug piston stop - only a few dollars/euros - any place that deals with scooters will sell them as there isn't an easy way to stop a scooter piston.
You screw it into the spark plug hole and slowly rotate the crank until the piston comes up against the stop.
To do the flywheel bolt up again, rotate it the other way and you can torque it up correctly (very important!!!)
