SOURCE: 94 yamaha fzr 600. only firing on 1 an 2 cyl

No one thing controls those items.
The ignition and headlight circuits
each have their own fuses under the seat.

If you have power to both of the coil sets
then the coil for cylinder 3 and 4
might be faulty.

Lights may just have a blown fuse.

You have more than one problem
going on there.

SOURCE: oil

my old cbr takes 3 quarts 3.5 if filter changed...i always check it with wheel stand so it will be level when checking and i never screw in the cap i just set it inside, and never top it off only go 3/4 of the way...you dont ever want to overfill any motor engine with oil...better to be a little low and have to add then have internal damage....10w40 would put be a good choice, no synthetics. the next years summer months you could go up to a 20w40 if you want. I'm not sure if your model has a view port or dip stick..well just pour two quarts directly no problem then slowly pour in the third look in there with a flashlite if i"ll help and when you see it get close set it at a nominal level..remember dont overfil. then just remember how many quarts it took to fill it for next time.
Can i get a helpful reply...thanks!

SOURCE: what kind of oil do i need to put in my 1991

Any motorcycle oil will do. Castol or motul are good ones. Don't use oil for cars as the antiwear aditives will make your clutch slip. Synthetic oil is good. I use the motul ester 20w50 in my bike it run great and you only have to do one change at the start of the season. synthetic oil is usualy good for about 15000km unless you put more on than that.
Hope this helps.

How to check my oil level on my 94 fzr 600 theres no sight glass

there should be a dipstick on the oil filler cap, if not you have the wrong cap and a replacement needs to be bought.

alternativly, if you know exactly how much oil it takes, drain all oil out. and put the exact amount in.
