the fuel indicator might have some kind of wiring problem but about the head lamp i think that you have to replace the cut_out or charge up your battery
test the faulty lamp , turn on the ignition switch to the START position The providing circuit shoudl ligh the warning lamp. If hte light does not come ON during the porve/out, disconnect the sender switch lead. Use a jumper wire to connect the sender switch lead to ground . With the ignition in the RUN position, the warning lamp shoud light. If the lamp is iluminated, replace the sending swith. If the light does not come on, either the bubl is buned out or the wiring is damaged. God bless you
There is a short in the electrical circuit that is protected by the fuse. If this fuse protects the tail lamps then there is s short in the wireing from the fuse to the tail lamps, the insulation on the wires could be could be broken and shorting againt the bodywork. If you cannot find the fault, the quickest solution is to rewire the faulty circuit and bypass the faulty wiring. If you cannot DIY then you need an auto electrican to find the fault and fix the problem.
Stop Lamp Circuit Description
The STOP HAZ fuse in the IP junction block supplies battery positive voltage to the normally open stop lamp switch. When the driver presses the brake pedal, the switch contacts close and battery positive voltage is supplied to the center mounted stop lamp (CHMSL) and both left and right stop lamp assemblies. The left stop lamp is grounded at G304 and the right stop lamp is grounded at G304.

Inspect the 20 Amp STOP HAZ fuse.
Is the STOP HAZ fuse open?
YES - Go to Step 11
NO - Go to Step 3

Use a test lamp in order to backprobe connector C1 of the brake switch connector between terminal A and ground. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.
Does the test lamp light?
YES - Go to Step 4
NO - Go to Step 5

With the brake switch closed, Test for positive battery voltage at terminal B of connector C1. Refer to Circuit Testing in Wiring Systems.
Is voltage present?
YES - Go to Step 6
NO - Go to Step 7

Repair the open or short to ground in the Fuse Output-Battery between the fuse block and the brake switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
Is the repair complete?
YES - System OK
