If you have a factory security system with the sensors located inside the key fobs you probably need to replace your fob battery.

The security system isn't recognizing the key fob (dead battery?)

You can bypass the fob IF you know the security code.
DO NOT sit on seat, lift bike off kick stand, or anything else that will activate the security mode!

Turn IGN to IGNITION.

Quickly (within 2 seconds) hold BOTH turn signal switches until confirmation signal (KEY icon flashes at fast rate, in odometer window, a flashing "-" will be followed by 4 more dashes = "----")

Enter 1st digit (a) in PIN by pressing LEFT turn signal switch (a) times (i.e., 5 times for the number 5)
The 1st "-" will become the 1st digit (i.e., "5")

Press RIGHT switch signal 1 TIME.
The 1st digit is stored and the dash will flash.

Enter 2nd digit (b), and repeat sequence until done.

After the 5th digit is entered, the KEY icon stops blinking, and the system is disarmed.

The system will stay off until the IGN switch is turned off.

If at any time during disarming sequence an error is made, wait 2 minutes before trying again.

I placed a new battery to my activa bike on 13/05/16. After two days while the bike is in running, horn , indicator lights went off slowly. Then bike also went off from moving.

did you leave lights or key turned to on position or the battery didn't have a good charge when you parked it. Did you kick start the engine? Bike may need a tune-up.

Fuel gage quit, turn signals canceler quit, fuel pump quit, won't start

With the bike turned off, remove the TSM/TSSM. This is the security module. Make the sure these connections aren't wet. And quit powerwashing your bike!

I own a triumph 2005 daytona 650.could anyone tell me if the engine light, flashing oil display and oil light being apparent, is normal when turning the key,not actually starting it

Not sure about the 650, but on my 04 Daytona 600, is does the same thing, this is the engine check lights, and oil low lights being checked. IF you tried to start the bike it wouldnt, until this sefl test is complete.

Hope this helps.

The bike will not start at all, the lights don't even come on. I took the bike out to go to work and the lights came and all of a sudden it just turned off, I disconnected the battery and reconnected and...

Have you checked your fuses? I would check your fuse box for bad fuse/fuses. Check your owners manual for fuse box location, I think it's under the front fairing, and check for bad fuses. That is your best first start for bike just dying.

While riding all lights started to flash engine run erratic bike died of death bike will not start

Start with charging and load testing the battery. Then test the stator, to test the stator on the bottom of the right down tube is the plug that goes from the stator to the voltage regulator. With a multi meter, read the voltage from the stator, I forget the exact values but as you rev the motor the voltage should climb if it dosn't your stator is bad. If the stator is good take a reading again with the motor running at the battery cables, again I forget the exact value but you should have a steady reading at the battery, if it isn't and fluctuates it is bad.

Abs light flashing alternatively when putting ignition on

There is a simple way to fix it as I've discovered. Start your bike, if lights are flashing ride for a mile or two applying the rear brake a few times. Stop the bike and place on centre stand. switch off motor then restart. Your flashing lights should have gone. Why the flashing happens is if you ride and use your rear brake rarely and then your bike sits for a day or two without use your rear brake assembly fully retracts, ie pads away from disc and ABS gizzmos inactive. The ABS sensor unit then reports extended non use pattern to the onboard 'brain' which activates the warning mode of flashing lights. This has worked for me several times over the last 5 years when its occured. Full ABS operations return. Tried it on a mates bike and it fixed same problem on his.
