Starting a bike every other week and not taking it for a ride is a sure fire way to foul the plugs. this sounds like it could be your case. get a new set of plugs and replace them, but when you start it go for a ride to burn off the extra fuel built up in motor. if you want to check them first pull the plugs out and if they are black and sooty or even wet this is your problem. hope this gets you going, if you have other problem just ask.
