Dropped my Suzuki in a mud hole, steering seems off a bit. Handlebars are staight but wheel slightly off. How do I fix?

jack the vehicle up and place on a jack stand
remove the wheel
Hold the mud flap in position and mark the hole positions drill the holes using the correct size drill bit for the screws you are using ( should have come in the kit) fit screws
refit the wheel take of jack stand and go to other side and repeat process

I suppose that you have the steering wheels on full lock at the same time as trying to drive it out . Well rear tyres in mud do not make the best traction for front wheel ploughs . Only turn the front wheels slightly a bit at a time . Jack up the rear and place heaps of foliage under the tyres and all the way back to where you want to get out . In other words make a drive way that will allow the tyres to grip and keep the rpm's to little more than is necessary to move the car. Spinning the wheels madly is a movie myth . Slow and easy will get you out

turn your handlebars slightly to take pressure off the steering lock and push the key inward as you turn it...

Support the bike from the bottom of the exhaust, loosen the fork pinch bolts, now you can hold the wheel and move the bars left or right to straighten.

I would start by inspecting the tire and wheel well for any physical contact. Outside of that, is sounds like a wheel bearing. A failing wheel bearing or a bearing with a flat spot will groan and sometimes mimic the sound of mud tires. A flat spot can be causes by even a slight impact the the wheel.

provided the wheel and spacers were reinstalled correctly, you can loosen 3 of the 4 the tripple clamp pinch bolts and push the wheel against a wall until straight and retighten, the forks may have had a slight twist and the wheel was holding it straight, when the wheel was reinstalled the axle would pull them back to where they should be

Squirt some WD-40 into the key hole, put the key in, and then pull on the handlebars hard to the same side as they are turned in. Try working the key back and forth while you have the pressure on the handlebars.

Construct shims from aluminum (soda / cola) cans with scissors. Be careful not to cut yourself, sheared aluminum is very sharp. After you have cut a wide strip of aluminum, wrap it around the handlebar and put it between the handlebar and the clamps. This will increase the diameter of the handlebar and allow your clips to exert more pressure on the handlebars making them tighter. Try not to leave any aluminum exposed after fixing it; it's sharp.

Did u try turning the steering wheel slightly in either direction? The steering wheel can 'jam' causing the key to seem stuck in the ignition. Simply turning the steering wheel a bit relieves the pressure and the key will turn. Let me know if this works for u

Try gently dabbing a bit of vegetable oil onto the mud - try and get the mud saturated but dont stick the phone in a bowl of oil. Depending how much clay etc there is in the mud, this should soften it up enough to clean it out. remove the battery before doing any poking around in the hole, and use something a bit stronger than a matchstick (metal is not ideal) hunt for something made of strong plastic. Be patient, you may have to dig it out bit by bit. Hope this helps, if the oil doesn't soften the mud enough then please ask again, there are other more dangerous ways to do it :)
