Did you deglaze the cly? did you check the ring gaps. did you brake any rings. did you install the ring correctly, what are the valve guides like. is it felt over oil from inside the pipe before the rebuild. was it smoking like this before the rebuild? Is it blue smoke (oil) or black smoke (fuel) white smoke (water)?Did you deglaze the cly? did you check the ring gaps. did you brake any rings. did you install the ring correctly, what are the valve guides like. is it felt over oil from inside the pipe before the rebuild. was it smoking like this before the rebuild? Blue smoke is poring out exhuasts I didn't have the bikebefore so I am unsurehow it ran , we honde the bore and foyer new ringsBlue smoke is poring out exhuasts I didn't have the bikebefore so I am unsurehow it ran , we honde the bore and foyer new rings

If this just started after a ring change, definitly its the rings. the oil rings would be at fault. were they the right size?, for example , regular size rings used in an overbored cylinder.

I had this happen to my car after my mechanic said do not worry about oil light flashing intermittantly it is probably a sensor.
Now my car blows oil out the exhaust and is missing a cylinder or two and is hard to start and also lost power at about 20 km/h). I have done a ring or burnt out the rings which means a replacement engine ($3000 AUD) or replacement car is required in my situation. (too repair engine $6000 AUD which a different mechanic has told me they just do not bother repairing as labour is intensive and a reconditioned motor is cheaper)
(1) Check if oil is being blown out the exhaust pipe of your car when engine is cold. When engine is hot smoke with oil smell comes out. (burnt out rings)
(2) Check is Water is coming out the exhaust pipe of your car when engine is cold. When engine is hot steam comes out (blown head gasket possible if steam) (Cost estimate minimum $1500 AUD - depends on if head is warped or cracked)
(3) Check cooling water levels if running low all the time see (2)
(4) check engine has oil in it could be point (1) causing oil loss
(5) check all fan belts are working as designed and not broken
Thats oil caused by "blow by" it means your piston rings are wearing out or you have scratches in the cylinder walls, causing oil to "blow by" the rings and burn during spark. Only way to permanantly fix is to rebuild. You may get temp fix by using a product called restore. It is sold at autoparts stores.
is it blue coming from the exhaust
is it a 2 stroke if its a 2 stroke blowing blue smoke its quite normal if its blowing to much your rings might need replacing keep an eye on the ((oil level))
if its a 4 stroke and its blowing blue smoke from the exhaust keep an eye on the ((oil level)) the rings might need replacing if its burning lots of oil and blowing blue smoke your rings do need replcing
hope this helps
U got a bad piston rings! U have to pull down the PiSTON to replace the PiSTON RiNGS, oil is getting in ur combustion!
Or
Check also the valve guide oil seal, hope that is the faulty one! 'Cause replacing PiSTON RiNGS will cost a LOT!
Check on that first, Oil in ur air filter means a BLOW BACK gas from ur combustion is pushing the oil into the air filter!
BLOW BACK is a residual combustion air that should have been burned or gone thru the exhaust, but w/ poor seal of ur piston ring, it goes into ur CRANK CASE and into ur EGR system w/ excess oil!
what colour smoke ?? blue smoke is oil ,worn rings or valve guides ,or oil seeping into cylinder where oil passes through head gasket to lubricate cam ,white smoke is water ,head gasket ? black smoke is excess fuel
