I have a 1995 vulcan 750cc, the head light don't come on

I have a 1995 kawasaki vulcan 750cc, the head light don't work sometimes? It's a new bulb. When I turn the key on the light does not come on some times even after I start the motor? Is in the ignition switch or is there a relay problem?

My turn signals stopped working, i replaced the flasher relay with a generic relay from an auto parts store(three prong) and checked the fuses at the junction box. Still no turn signals. The front turn...

You can first of all check the universal type with a +B on the one side and the body grounded to give the output at the center. If this is tested on the left and right sides then the flasher unit can be used. Otherwise there are many models of this type that will work with +12.Try the electronic types.

Turn signal do not work, checked the light bulbs they are good, where is the fuse box located on a 04 kawasaki 800 vulcan classic

Getting those fuse bricks out can be tricky. I have a 2000 800b ( classic ).

I had to remove the battery, then there is plenty of room to slide those bricks out towards the front of the bike.

Might want to pick up a manual. Lots of good info in there, and worth every penny the first time you try anything. It would also have a diagram and diagnostic for your lights being out.

Headlight not working...bulb and fuse are good

check fuses first... if ok, buy an electrical tester from walmart for $5 and see if it's getting any electrical to the headlight.. if it is.. replace bulb

It's at least a good starting point.

I have a 2005 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 and the headlight suddenly stopped working. I looked for fuses and can't find any. The headlight appears to be good. Any suggestions?

you can remove the head light bulb, power the bulb with a charger or check it with voltmeter. if bulb is good, make sure the ground is good on the light housing. if fuses are good, could be the actual switch on the handlegrips
