Engine oil is mixing with coolant

Hi, no sir your bike has a 4 stroke engine that runs with unloaded gas , no mixing oil !!! regards

Hi Anonymous, I hope I'm not to late in answering your question!
There are 2 oil cavities. 1 for trans and 1 for the motor. if u change the filter and the engine oil its like 600cc's just the oil it's 550cc's or so.

Put the oil in the inner chamber.

Check the pysh rod (number 10) for obvious damage and if it is straight

Try putting less coolant in the radiator.

Standard antifreeze (Green) is fine. I use "engine Ice" in mine as it is supposed to help cooling a little more. The engine ice doesn't need to be mixed with water, and some "pre-mixes" are that way also, and are easier.

Water pump oil seal is not a possible cause. Even if the water and oil seal were so worn out that the coolant passed through both seals the weep hole in the crankcase cover would have to be completely stopped up and sealed. In that case it would leak into the transmission oil not the engine oil. The coolant leak would likely be in the cylinder/head area.

Best place to start looking would be ebay or you local motorcycle salvage yard.
