SOURCE: Engine compression for 2002 125 CR Honda, 125lbs?

that sounds pretty decent, it is 7 years old so there will be less compression now than when new, obviously beacuse of wear. but 125lbs is good.

SOURCE: i bought a 2001 cr 125 with the wiring all cut.

1) Purchase a shop manual from a dealer. Inside will be a wire diagram scamatic that will show color codes and ohms resistances. Test all electrical components with ohms meter to varify working properly. If factory conects to electrical componets are there then **** end connect back in place using correct color codes from manual. 2) If factory connects are missing you will be better off buying a new wireing harness for the bike via dealership. The last is going to be your best solution since all you will have to do is plug everything back in where it goes. Most connections will only reach as far as the item it is supposed to be pluged into and will only fit one way or the one particular item. It is always a good idea to buy the shop manual for future issues.

SOURCE: Honda CR 125 1997 wont idle

Your carberautor is either gummed up or needs to be adjusted. Begin by going to an auto zone or similar store and gatting a can of carb. cleaner that gets added to your gas. Be sure to follow the instructions on how much you add per gallon. let that run through your bike for a while and see where you are. If cleaning the carb. doesn't hellp, then the carb. will have to be adjusted.

I have a Honda cr 125 2002 the crank locked up so I split the cases on it is it critical the the tranny gear be lined up as when they where before the cases was split (the gears or in correct order and...

It only needs to be in neutral. Nothing else to line up. I'd be more concerned as to why the crank locked up, ie seized bearings broken gear, seize piston etc. Have you already identified the problem?

How do i split the engine cases on an 01 cr 80?

I recommend a good manual, from Honda. My first case split was form lots of reading before I tore into it. Be warned that you need some good tools and patience, because a wrong move can cost a lot of cash.
