You get any help on this problem? My bike is doing the same thing - Also, when it gets hot and turns off I can't get it to start back up all the time... Starting cold usually gives no issues -

Plugs leads or coils breaking down when warm. Or it could be tight valves when the motor warms everything expands abe if there is not enough clearance in the valves they don't close fully and allow combustion pressure to leak out. To test this do a compression test when hot and cold and compare.

2007 Suzuki GSX-R 600 all lights and horn quit working

Could be ignition fuse. If not that then check the large block connectors which are usually located on the left hand side at the front of the bike behind the cowling beneath the handle bar. These connectors are notorious on GSXR's

No problem. i have a chance to buy a 2007 600 gsxr with 2500 miles in what appears to be emaculate condition for 4000.00. i wanted to find out if there are any major flaws that will make this bike come...

The biggest difference is that the 2007 GSXR 600 has fuel injection instead of carbs. The FI symbol will alert you that the sensors on the Fuel Injection system have found a problem. When that happens, a dealer will be needed to hook up a code reader to see what the problem is. A dirty air filter is something you can fix. A fuel mapping problem is for the dealer to fix. Minor FI problems still let the bike run. Major problems shut down the fuel system so the engine will not even start. Other than that, just be sure the bike shifts smooth and easy and that all electrics and brakes work properly. How old is the battery? How much life is left in the chain? Does the clutch operate properly? How soon before new tires will be needed? I hope this helps. Please rate my answer.

Suzuki gsxr 600 06 starting problems

200° is quite warm...
If the engine wont turn over, probabily you have a bad battery, a bad starter or a bad starter relay, or bad connections.

A hot engine has more compression. If the full battery power doesn't reach the starter it won't turn over...
