SOURCE: 2003 crf 450 leaking coolant from hole from the bottom of the case under the water pump. What does this indicate?

It means your water pump seal is seeping at this point. Eminent failureportended. Replace water pump. Seals on pumps usually fail because of bearing wear, so this is a precursor to pump shaft failure. Good luck

SOURCE: 06 CRF 450 that went under water, not getting fuel to plug

Chances are the air filter is extremely wet. Air can't get through a wet filter, and if no air can flow through the carb, no gas can flow through either. Remove the filter and try again to get the engine started. I assume you drained and cleaned the gas tank already. If still no joy, remove the carb and clean it using spray carb cleaner. Remove the air screw and throttle screw and spray into the screw holes as well as all the little drill holes in the carb body. The object here is to clean out the pilot jet and idle circuit. When re-assembling the carb, put the air and throttle screws back in and turn them inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now open each of them up one and one half turns. This is the factory setting. Hi. I have a Honda crf 450 r 2004, and I discovered that there is water from the cooling system in the oil. I can see it thru the inspection glass of the engine. Where is the leek?? Please help...

there is really only two ways for oil to enter the oil (1) is the oil and water seals fitted on the water pump impellor or (2) the other is head gasket leak
the most common on MX bikes is the oil and water seal at the impellor (water pump)
if your not to mechanical minded then both of these issues you would be best to take to dealer to rectify as they bit tricky to do with out experience.
if you are mechanical minded then either problem is fairly cheap to fix about $25 for the oil water seals or about $70 for the head gasket
let me know if you want me to elaborate on either issue
good luck regards Jamie

2004 crf 450 r atifreeze in the oil and put new water pump and all that in it and they say it needs head gasket but if that dont work does that mean the blocks cracked

You may have put the seals in backwards. They must go in a specific direction. If that is ok, is the water on the right side oil, or left side oil? Right side you have a seal problem, Left side you have a head gasket. The cylinder wont crack unless destroyed. Replace head gasket and the bad oil on bad side. Chaz Moto DC

I think water go in to the engine oil of my bike, what can cause that? crf450, 2004

Water pump oil seal is not a possible cause. Even if the water and oil seal were so worn out that the coolant passed through both seals the weep hole in the crankcase cover would have to be completely stopped up and sealed. In that case it would leak into the transmission oil not the engine oil. The coolant leak would likely be in the cylinder/head area.
