Did you check the resistance on the stator? the stators are known to go out on the rhinos!

Samantha,
Electrical problems can be either, coil, (most common) stator, magneto, or timing. Make sure the coil is grounded to the frame of the quad and not against a painted part. It should be in contact with raw metal. The stator or magneto could be tested at a dealer. Good luck.

sounds like the gas that was left in the carb. has turned bad and clogged the jets. the only right way to fix it is to pull the carb off the bike and take the bottom bowl off. once done you can take some carb. cleaner and spray out all the jets and crevices inside the carb. hopefully this fixes your problem. if not then you will need to pull the carb. completely apart and give it a good soaking. once you have soaked it for an hour or so take some compressed air and blow out any holes. be sure to blow it out good. once done put the carb. back together and give it a shot. this should fix it right up for ya.

The problem would appear to either be with the mixture or with the head.
Too rich a mixture (too much fuel) will cause black plugs - when you take them out do the engine and plugs smell of petrol? You need to adjust the carburettor. Mark where the throttle screw is to start with and then slowly screw it (in - I think) to reduce the petrol flow.
The other alternative is that their is a problem in the head. Does the engine blow a lot of blue/black smoke out when it is hot. If yes it means a full engine strip down!

Sounds like a bad ignition condenser. Many nowadys aren't worth spit, and you may wind up going through a few until you find a good one.
