When you bleed brakes make sure bleed nipple is pointing downwards and the whole caliper is upside down so the fluid runs through the whole system, each time i change pads on mine i have to do this for some reason.

FI stands for Fuel Injection. Your injection system computer has sensed a major problem and will not let the bike start until the problem is fixed. If it were a minor problem the bike would still start. A dealer will need to check the computer codes to find out what the problem is.
