Hi i have filled my gear box oil up on my rs 125 aprilia and now its leaking from the clutch lever and underneith do you know what might be causing this?

I guess youwillhaveto adjust the clutch cable so as to open the plates more at the pressure plates to let the clutch plate rotate freely instead of binding thus the low rpm.

ok buddy on carb will be a screw try fiddling with this screw till it runs ok also try changing the spark plug underneith the tank you can access this screw from the right side just on carb next to the idle screw black big one with a long flat head screw driver get back to me if no difference
Hi! I found a site that you can download the manual for your Aprilia. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the .pdf file. Dump the special oil and go back to 10w40 motor oil. The manufacturer does not recommend any "special" oils be used. They can cause the clutch friction disks to swell among other problems like you currently are having. If possible, stick with the name brands; Shell, Mobil, Pennzoil, Quaker State, etc.. It may take awhile to rid the bike of the synthetic oil but get it out of the gearbox as soon as possible.
