Are you sure there clean? did you dissasemble yourself?
I had similar issue and i 1. removed carbs 2. drained float bowls 3. removed main jets
I soaked main jets in carb cleaner, then blew all passageways with carb spray, then sprayed carb spray through all passageways in the carbs, i checked all rubber diaphragms for cracks especially the float bowl ones, my main problem was old varnished , gel like fuel traces which had built up from bike being idle over winter.

Once i completed this i reassembled and the bike idled steady and also revved cleanly to 15k revs, you might also want to check your fuel filter as it can effect flow rates if clogged with old varnished fuel

Bent needles can cause horrible throttle response. Start by installing a new needle that way you know its not the problem. If your carbs have rubber diaphrams make sure they arent ripped.

My divvy 900 won't rev more than 3000 revs why?

It sounds very much like your main jets are blocked. Did you soak them in carb cleaner overnight and run them through with some very fine wire? That will usually sort matters. The only other thing that would cause this is if your Cdi or coils were starting to die, but since it ran better before you cleaned the carbs I'd guess jets are your problem..

I have 1990 harley flhs ..model flt 1340cc..when choke on bike runs and revs up ..take choke off bike idels but wont rev up ..it back fires n pops..i cleaned carb and it getting gas to carb..

It sounds like the jets in your carb are stopped up. It could be any one of several things but the problem is in the carb. Cleaning the outside of the carb makes no difference, you must remove and clean out the main jet and the slow speed jet. Also you need to check the operation of the accelerator pump. Even spraying carb cleaner inside the venturi of the carb does no good, the carb needs to be completely disassembled and cleaned. To be more specific, I'd need to know exactly which carb is on the bike, keihen butterfly, keihen CV, or aftermarket.

One carb does not want to fuel on low revs ie remove plug lead from good pot on low revs it stops remove plug lead on good pot with revs it wiil run remove bad plug lead on low revs makes no change to...

Sounds like you need to remove the carbs and dismantle them and clean all the parts real good.
Remember if you separate the carbs from each other you will need to resync the carbs.

Lawn trimmer runs but won't rev

You need to clean the carburetor. Remove & disassemble. Use a Den Tek Brush,
(http://www.shopping.com/xPO-Lustrasilk-Lustrasilk-Cholesterol-Shea-Butter-Mango-20Oz-Bonus), to clean small portals in carb. Spray carb. with carb. cleaner. make sure the small screen in carb. is free of debris. Reassemble and start. If this doesn't work, buy a carb.kit and replace the needle valve, gasket(s), small screen, & diaphragm.

I cant get my tiller to rev up.

most problems are due do a fouled carb, because of old fuel most of the time, take the carb off and separate it from the tank and give it a good cleaning and replace with new gaskets and carb parts, use carb clean and air pressure to clean,
