Remove the petrol tank and air box to get access,then remove the cover bolts ,allways try to put the bolts back in the same holes .the valve cover may require a small tap around the edge with a rubber mallet to break the seal. Remove the old seal ,it may need scraping ,use a piece of copper or hard wood with edge,clean the mating surfaces to a shine then gently scrub the mating surfaces with wet and dry p240 ,dont get grit in the engine so go slowly and clean often ,lightly grease the gasket and put in place ,put the cover back on,put bolts back in finger tight,then bit by bit tighten in a figure of eight pattern untill allmost tight. Then finally use a torque wrench set at proper torque setting,call your local kwak dealer .and finally tighten in same figure of eight pattern,
