You will need to bled the pump. look for the bolt with a crush washer on it. fill your tank and remove the bolt the oil will start to come out make sure it comes out with no bubbles. as far the cable adj. you should get manual with out seeing it i would hate to tell you one thing and it not be right. I have gt 250 and the pump timing was an odd one. http://www.motorcyclespecs.co.za/model/suzu/suzuki_rg250%2086.htm

I have a 2003 rm 250 and want too change the gearbox oil but am not sure what too use,I was told too use 10/40 motor oil but that does not sound right???

I'm pretty sure you want to use gear oil in the crankcase of a two-stroke,(like 80wt Bel Ray).
Standard "car weight" motor oils are 4 stroke, designed to lube the crank & cylinders. your '03 RM has the cylinders lubed by the pre-mix...
A motorcycle specific crankcase lube is the best bet; lots of differing opinions on the wet-clutch aspect.

I just bought a 1985 F250 2x4 6.2Liter. I notice some oil leaking out of the exhaust manifold and see that its burning up oil quickly. Will a new gasket fix this? How reliable is the oil guadge on the dash...

The guage is pretty reliable.

The leak isnt from your exhaust manifold, its coming from the valve cover gasket above it, and yes a new gasket will fix it if installed properly.

Clutch wont disengage properly

What kind of oil is in the crankcase? Wet clutches take a sprcial oil, noy motor oil. If oil is correct, Is the cable and release levers fully disengaging the clutch? There is an adjustment for the rod inside the clutcjh hub . That could be short stroking.
