Is the bike locked up? Did the piston melt into the cylinder head?

If so you need to free up the piston to release the cylinder head.

You could try a little penetrating oil on the piston ring area and some heat. Then a wood stake and a mallet with a couple solid hits might unstick the rings.

Of course, after that...the head, rings and probably the piston are all gonna be scrap! Which they are anyway if the melted together right?

This is a link to your bikes online parts list from Kawasaki. You can at least get part numbers for replacements if needed.

Good luck and be careful!

Oil is milky

This could be a head gasket, base gasket, or the impeller seal on the water pump (on the right hand side of the case near the front of the bike). My KX500 had the rubber impeller seal go and mixed coolant with my oil (turning it milky).

Wiring diagram racing banshee

The best thing to do would be to get the diagram for a RD/RZ 350LC and the diagram for your KX and use this for comparison. There is no such thing as a "Banshee" diagram. It is a custom built motor, made using a Yamaha RD LC engine.

I have a 1981 KDX 175 and was driving and it started sputtering and finally quit and now i can't get any spark at my spark plug any suggestions.

I've seen a few of those have a problem with the flywheel magnets coming loose.
When you pull the flywheel off the magnets still look like they are stuck, but they move when corrosion creeps under them
The resistances off a kx500 should be similar as follows, cant find my kdx manual.
Stator
black\red-black\yellow 500ohm
white\red-white\green 5ohm

ignition coil
primary 1ohm
secondary 6Kohm

I need to know what wire to hook the coil up to the CDI box on a 1992 KX500. Its orange and doesn't correspont to any other wires.

the manual I have is from a couple of years earlier

it shows three wires in to the CDI from the stator

a red black that also goes to the stator but is joined to a black\white connected to the stop switch

and a single black that goes straight to the coil.

a 1992 may not have the original coil, or it may have had a black sheath over the orange when new

If that doesnt help, you may need to repost the question

I have a Xerox 8560MFP printer with the following error code. 07010.43:39050 Any help would be appreciated

Your print head is stuck. Either the print head block has gotten ink in it and will not allow it to tilt, or the print head wiper is tacked, ( stuck) to the print head not allowing it to move properly.
