I can not find a supplier for the batteryof my my Vincence Watch any ideas where I can get one

They appear to be a watch without a maker and are sold on QVC, eBay and Etsy so not of Italian manufacture as the name suggests. Very fine Chinese watch.

Take it to a place that sells watch batteries My supplier installs them for free in Chatham Ontario

The back of the watch will not be gold. they are usually stainless steel. Search ebay you may find one.

If you purchased it on eBay, then contact eBay for a refund. If the supplier can't get it to work then it's faulty. Depending on which country you are in the consumer laws say your intittled to a refund. Once your got your refund, then open the watch. You might get a surprise, there's no battery inside. I think the battery of you police watch have to be replace by a new battery if your didn't know how to change the battery, you had to bring it to watch experts. then you said that you have just received you watch and it is impossible that the battery is discharged that is maybe when the date of the watch had been manufactured, it is working for that the suppliers know that there no problem with the mechanism of the watch.. that' it. thanks..

I have searched for the maker of your watch and was unable to find anything other than suppliers.

Have you tried to see if your supplier can send you a copy?

One of the suppliers description of the watch said that it came with instructions, so I feel you have a legitimate complaint against your supplier for losing yours.

I find it difficult to believe that the maker did not include instructions with your watch but in any case, I think it is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that you are a happy customer and find you a copy.

Don't give up and don't take "No" for an answer!

This watch is described as a quartz watch so it runs off a battery.

I suggest you return it to the supplier, as it is clearly faulty.

It is rather strange though; it seems as though it doesn't like being cold! Some machines seem to have presonalities!

i would recommend taking it to an official dealer and asking them... also ask them what one needs to look for...
