Question moved to model category. ZZRrocket · #8 · Mar 1, 2006 Just got off the phone with my service manager at my local Kawasaki dealership. "She" looked up the torque wrench setting for the clutch spring bolts. Its the same as a 2000-2002 ZX6R and 2005-2006 ZZR600.
Torque- Clutch Spring Bolts: 8.8 N-m (0.90 kgf-m, 78 in-lb)

You have the 2 bolts off the swing arm? Got the caliper resting on the arm? pull the pin, pads out, slowly squeeze the pistons in with a C-clamp, put in the new pads, put the caliper back on, 2 bolts, all set. Hope this helps.
yes buddy swing arm removed belt put behind swing n arm and the wheel losened and slide the wheel forward dont force the belt and after 100miles check the belt tension if so adjust it and also you will require a torque wrench to torque the bolts on swing n arm and on rear wheel the wheel is 100 NM and swing n arm is 79 NM bud
