Front brake rotors are warped,if it didn't shake before the wheels were removed, re-torque the lug nuts. If the shake was there before,the rotors either need machined or replaced.
check master cylinder not releasing the brakes. the brake flex hose for each wheel may have collapsed internally. the way to find out is when the brakes don`t release loosen the bleeder screw on the brake caliper if brake fluid squirts out or runs out and the brakes release then the flex hose has collapsed. if the brakes don`t release and no fluid squirts out then the calipers are seized and need replacing. the shuddering is an indication the brake rotors are probably warped and need replacing.
Hi there, provided your tyres have been fitted correctly, like others have said there are a few reasons why you can experience what we call a shudder through the steering under braking and what normally feels worse when braking from 100kph/60mph rather then from 50kph/30mph, if you do have warped front discs/rotors they will need to be checked but a common cause for steering shudder also along side warped brake discs are the control arm bushes which is item #7 in the pic supplied and they fit into item #6, these can be seen quite easily with the front of the vehicle jacked up it is the lower control arm seen going from the bottom of the front wheel suspension assembly to forward of the front wheel to cross member/ sub frame, with the vehicle jacked you can see the rubber inside the bush itself to see whether it's cracked, be sure that when they are being replaced as is with all suspension bushes the vehicle must be rested back on its wheels before tightening the bolt item #8 as this is the normal working position of the bush and not in the jacked up position.
sounds like its just wheel balance but 2 be sure check your wheel nuts r tight also if you getting shudders under braking u may need front disc rotors skimed also when sitting still turn steering left2right make sure u cant feel any play or clunks
If you already did the brakes and rotor something else in that wheel is loose. Check for ball joints being worn out. how about wheel being out of balance maybe due to pot holes this winter? Also try this
find a place on that corner of the car where you can push down on the car to load the suspension (find somewhere that won't hurt the car like top of the shocks under the hood) while bouncing up and down watch the steering wheel. If it is moving something is damaged in the suspension. If this helps please reply

Rear Wheel problem is most likely bad wheel bearings. When you were tightening these did the Tire Rim Holes have damage?
Wheel Lugs should be tightened to 100 ft-lbs.
Get also a four wheel alignment.
On the Brakes issue: Is there enough brake fluid in the Master Cylinder Reservoir? It sounds like there is air in the system, or incorrect fluid. Did the Brake Fluid level fall below the minimum level at any time in the reservoir? If so there could be air in the Master Cylinder. You can bleed the Master Cyclinder while still on the vehicle. Let me know if you need to do this; I let you know step-by-step.
Is there Brake Fluid leaking anywhere? Check especially on the inside portions of the wheels looking for brake fluid. That leak will have to be fixed first.
Bleed all the brakes. Start at the right rear, then left rear, then right front, then finish with the left front. Use two (2) helpers to do this. One person adding fluid into the Master Cylinder while the other pumps and eventually holds the brake pedal, while you lossen and then tighten down the brake bleeder ports.
