This is how to fix intermittent ABS and Brake dash lights on all Chevrolet ... That board is rather robust and is installed external to the vehicle in a location that sits .... I took the module out of a2002 Sierra and it is engineered with no T10 .... ABS Sensor and Harness 2000-06 Chevy Suburban Tahoe GMC ...

Could be the light sensor on the top of the dash, below the defrost grill. ( it pops off). Could be wiring, could be the body control module. If the lights come on with the switch, I wouldn't worry about it. Sensor is cheap, wiring is a pain to track down, IE remove the dash. And the BCM is costly and it needs programmed (dealer only)

Change the hub

lots of work and lots of little pieces. works best with two people sitting side by side removing their pieces and catalogging the fasteners

I have the same truck and bought my truck with a bad dash,only the speedometer worked. I got it rebuilt from a GM dealer (700.00) and everything was great for a year or so.....Then the speedometer stopped working. It worked and then it went blank for 5 min. or so came on for a minute and so on......I was angry to find out the warranty was expired. I looked on EBAY and found a used one for 30.00. Put it in and everything has worked great so far. that was 2 years ago. Its hit and miss at the scrapyard but its the only option.They only used the" vacuum florescent " instrument panel for 2 years ,92, 93.....PS .....If you find one that works a GM dealer can adjust the KMS so it matches the truck you are putting it in .... Check the engine bulkhead main wiring connector in front of the driver on the firewall, see if it is loose or corroded, remove it and reinstall it. This can also be due to the ignition starter switch being defective on the rear of the ignition key cylinder, very common on this model..
