2001 Suzuki GSXR 1000 has a slight miss fire,also won't turn over
When trying to start it tries to turn but dies , can hear starter relay click , battery fully charged. Problem is intermitent. Also bike has a slight miss when idling , only time it can be detected , has just had throttle bodies sync also valve clearances done , new plugs . It does give a little blow back through airbox when coming down through rpm.

On the starting issue alone. It sounds very much like a loose ground connection at the battery or starter perhaps. Sounds crazy but, check you negative connection at the batttery and at the starter. This could explain why it is not a constant issue...yet. Hope this helps, and please post your solution when completed. Thanks,

May 15, 2021 - 2007 gsxr 600. I changed clutch cover due to being broken. Put new oil in. Won't start. Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your bike yourself ...
have you tried to replace the battery just to isolate the problem?
check as well if the spark plug if it is ok as well, make sure that it not wet, or try to replace it as well.
check the fuse as well.
Place a volt meter on to the starter side of the relay, It should show 12v or more when the button is pressed, The clicking can be low voltage, so make sure the battery is good and all cable connections are clean and tight. If you put the volt meter across the battery and it drops below 12-11.5 volts when you hit the start button it is probably the battery
Sounds like your low beam relay isn't working, try swapping it with the high beam relay to see if it cures, if it does pop down to a Suzuki dealer to get yourself a new one, if it doesn't then check all the connections in between switchgear and relay, relay and headlight for corrosion.
ur bikes wiring needs thuro inspection for cuts corrosion and bad connections--smoke probly commin from these issues and a clic can be a loose wire or failin starter
